Engine power tests, torque tests and RPM tests are done using a calibration certified digital torque meter (…). The digital torque meter (or data) is based (placed) on strain gauges installed on the shaft or cardan shaft. There is no limit on measurable RPM or shaft diameter. Up to 16 shafts can be measured at any one time. The engine power test has a margin of error equal to to +- 1%.
